This is Wan the video stack, not Qwen-Image. The consumer surface is Tongyi Wanxiang; API is DashScope. GitHub Wan2.1 is the open-weights generation, not a promise that the latest hosted Wan is OSI. China-region console and moderation apply. No USD list price we could pin without the billing console.
