# Inbox Desk

Three agent profiles and one SOP.

Local services: detailing, clinic, kitchens, studio. Leads from forms, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email pile up in chat.

The agent reads the inbound and writes a **draft**. You send it.

## Who it's for

You close leads yourself — or one person on shift. Channels are mixed. There is no CRM, or nobody lives in it. There is no sales team.

No numbers and no other people's case studies in this pack.

## What's in the box

| File | Why |
|---|---|
| `SOP.md` | Daily loop: inbound → tags → qualify → prepaid/slot draft |
| `profiles/inbox.md` | Sort the inbound, extract facts, one short reply or needs_human |
| `profiles/qual.md` | 3–5 questions. Stop when you can book a slot — or the lead is dead |
| `profiles/closer-lite.md` | Warm lead → prepaid / slot-hold draft |

Frontmatter keys are English. Operator copy and system prompts are English.

## 15-minute install

1. Make three profiles in an agent that **sees** mail or chat and can draft (Grok Bot or any other).
2. Paste each file from `profiles/` in full: from `Role` through `Output format`.
3. `SOP.md` is your memo. You do not have to give it to the agent.
4. Without a channel the pack will not run. A prompt does not open mail by itself.
5. Take 3 fresh inbounds. Run Inbox → Qual → Closer-lite. Send only what you approved.

Done if those three leads have no invented names, prices, or "we'll call tomorrow at 10".

## This pack does not

- Send by itself. Draft → you hit send.
- Act as a CRM, Salesforce, or staged pipeline.
- Act as a Telegram bot, widget, or Instagram autoresponder.
- Call, book a calendar, or take payment.
- Promise conversion, SLA, or "you will not lose leads".
- Run a blast or a follow-up sequence. One reply per inbound — until you decide otherwise.

If the agent cannot read mail or chat, connect reading first. Otherwise these are just three text files.
